Is PCOS confirmed?: Is your diagnosis of PCOS confirmed?. If so, was it done by ultrasound or laparoscopy? An estrogen followed by a progesterone regimen should have produced at least "brown" bleeding or spotting. Get a 2nd opinion from another GYN MD if he/she is not working this problem by doing additional studies.
