Easy: Corn in the foot is one of the most common condition ( and annoying ) that cause pain in the foot. If over the counter medications are not helping simple removal in your doctor ( or dpm ) is the cure.

Local treatment: Long term success does rely on diagnosing the reason from the corn. However, in the short term, debriding or shaving down te callus ( or using otc corn treatments) and then properly padding the areas to avoid pressure or rubbing (look at hapad.Com for some useful devices) will make it much more manageable.
