Show your dentist: Could be inflammatory, could be opening of salivary duct, wart, cyst, "white lesion leukoplakia" , pre-cancerous. Could be response to chronic irritation from teeth, dentures, etc. Didn't mention if you smoke use drugs like meth, dip tobacco, abuse mouthwash, chew betel nuts, or have other risk factors for oral cancer. May be something, may be nothing much. Show your dentist.
