Is there a source for a nutrition guide for recovery from c diff?

C. diff: Not that I am aware of. I don't think you need to follow any certain diet. Just stay away from caffeine, dairy, fried and fatty foods or any other foods known to cause/aggravate your discomfort. I strongly suggest getting a probiotic supplement to help restore normal flora.

See site.: Per mayo clinic: 'plenty of fluids. Choose fluids containing water, salt and sugar, such as diluted fruit juice, soft drinks and broths. Good nutrition. If you have watery diarrhea, eat starchy foods, such as potatoes, noodles, rice, wheat and oatmeal. Other good choices are saltine crackers, bananas, soup and boiled vegetables. If you aren't hungry, you may need a liquid diet at first. >>>'.
