For 2 weeks i've had vestibular neuritis. is there anything besides motion sickness pills to help stop this constant dizziness ?

See ENT, Neuro: Make sure the diagnosis is correct (have you seen both ENT and neuro?). Other medications such as oral steroids and Gabapentin etc come to mind but you need to make absolutely sure you know what you are treating first.
