Not sure what : U/c is but ice and an antiinflammatory as well as a surgical shoe to prevent bending of the toes should be helpful.

U/C ??: Not sure what "u/c' is..? It might bode well to have your ankle re-evaluated ! immobilize and rest will help. Bracing may help, as well. You should see your pcp or foot/ankle specialist asap.. Dr. H.
