Is a food sensitivity test done through blood accurate? (done by a natural md, not covered by insurance)

Highly doubtful: First- any test result must be interpreted with the history. No single test can provide a definite diagnosis else you would not need doctors. 2nd-i suspect the tests you had were igg to foods. A positive test only means that you have been exposed to that food, nothing more. 3rd- a challenge test is the best way to assess food allergy.

Correlations vary: The single most dependable food sensitivity test is one you do yourself.A food gives you reproducible problems that disappear when you are exclude it means you have a sensitivity to it. The correlation between blood and skin tests & clinical symptoms varies. IgE antibody tests (blood) are more worrisome when positive. They can be a helpful guide but are not foolproof.
