Fatigue: Fatigue is fairly common but, unfortunately, not specific. In most cases, lack of vitamins seems to be a remote cause of fatigue unless you are malnourished or strict vegetarian without supplementing. Dehydration without putting out large amounts of urine or losing fluids through vomiting, diarrhea or excessive sweating would be quite unlikely. I believe, you deserve further evaluation by a doc.
