Corn: First you need to find the cause of the corn ( bone spur, contracted digit flexible or fixed , etc) and to do that seek the advice of a podiatrist who will take xrays and help you. Best of luck.

Probably surgery: Corns on the toes are as a result of contracture of the toe causing the shoe to rub against it. Hammertoe surgery is the only way to 'get rid of' the problem. There are treatments to accommodate this condition, but only surgery can correct it.

Do : Not use otc medicated pads, seen to many burns and infection. Regular pads will help pain but bone plus friction cause it so most often ends with surgery.
