I am having jaundice because of hav.my sgpt is decreasing but my bilirubin value, both direct and total is continuously increasing.what should i do?

Not uncommon: The bilirubin tends to lag in improving compared to the other lft's. As long as you are not showing signs of liver decompensation i.e. Confusion, intractable vomiting, bleeding, you should be ok. Just be sure to f/u with your doctor.
