Orange urine: Difficult to know whether this was in your urine or came from the vagina. Assuming it was in your urine, if it occurs again you should definitely see a doctor and have this evaluated. Blood is the most likely source, and this, as you already know, is not normal. If it is just the one episode and you have no further symptoms you probably need not worry.
