Pre-pregnancy tsh was 0.6 and on 75 mcg. i am 5 weeks pregnant now tsh increased to 1.72. should i increase dose? if yes by how much?or wait 2-4 week?

No changes: No changes needed. Obviously, you need to stay in touch with your doctor, but 0.5 to 5 is the usual normal range and you are normal. Check you levels each trimester.
