Need evaluation: Could be tooth, possible wisdom tooth, sinus or TMJ problem. It is impossible to tell you here you need to have an evaluation by either your dentist or doctor to find out what the problem is.

Could be: Either. Upper molars refer pain to the temple. Sinus infections generally make the entire side ache (all the teeth ache on the affected side). Please see your dentist or ENT to be evaluated.
