GYN exam: Consult should be based on your exam and repair history. Your gynecologist should advice. Most likely vaginal delivery will be fine, but without exam advice is baseless.

Natural best: You had imperforate anus. Having natural child birth is best. Your OB will discuss your options. Avoid stress and relax during pregnancy. The most important thing during pregnancy is to make a good environment for the developing person. Be well, walk everyday for health. Don't smoke.

Hard to say: The defect you had varies from low - a simple membrane (wall) that didn't open to high- a need to pull down bowel through delicate anal muscles and attach them. Natural delivery may or may not place you at increased risk of a tear through these tissues that would have you pooping through your vagina. It would be reasonable to review your history with the OBGYN and come up with a plan based on you
