It depends.: Are you over 50 with any risks for heart disease? Have you recently injured your neck, or your shoulder? Do you have any other symptoms, like shortness of breath or chest pressure? Your question is too limited to answer safely. Recommend you see your doctor asap and if the symptoms become severe seek urgent care.
