Pain: I am not sure i understood where the pain has remained. It may be that you had pulled groin that gave you pain in the testicle and in the leg. If the pain in the testicle subsided, it is a good sign. Then, hopefully, you're on the mend. Just watch and if it gets worse or other symptoms occur, see doc.
