"partial hysterectomy" is a slang term with no exact medical meaning, but is usually used to refer to hysterectomy leaving the ovaries intact. If age 45 is your correct age, your ovulations may still not be 100% regular or normal.

Probably: Menopause can occur at any age after 40. However, the average age for menopause is 50 to 52 years old. After a hysterectomy the average age for menopause is 48 to 50. You will usually continue to ovulate until menopause.
