Many ways.: For a simple isolated scar, scar revision is probably the best way. This would involve cutting out the old scar and carefully suturing the incision back together, hopefully with a more favorable aesthetic outcome. A qualified plastic surgeon should be able to help you.

Depends: There are different types of scars from acne. Pits, craters, etc.. Often use of mechanical dermabrasion for crater-like scars helps reduce their visual effects. Occasionally dermal fillers help with these also. "ice-pick" like scars are more difficult to deal with, and may remain looking like enlarged pores. If very extensive and close together these are removed surgically to help.

Based on size, depth: Superficial scars can be treated with peels & lasers. Deeper scars may benefit from dermabrasion. Ice pick scars often do best with a punch excision and then dermabrasion some weeks later. The best recommendations are based on your skin and the scars. Good luck.

Dermaroller: Dermaroller treatments can naturally, safely and significantly improve acne scarring. I perform them in my office and the results are quite dramatic.
