Is it normal to get depression after coming back from a trip like as if you want to be back over there?

Trip: This is a good question and one i often hear from patients. It is hard returning to reality and having the responsibilities of your life set back in. Vacations are important and great for taking a break from your stress, but that doesn't mean it wipes out the stress completely while you are there. Therefore, although common, please seek help if these feelings don't subside or worsen.
