See below: Establish routine, schedule, to make your environment more predictable. Self-care routine -- set a times of the day for exercising, hobbies, reading, (doesn't have to be done all at once, but even 15min.), work on me time. Practice relaxation, positive visualizations -- you can find scripts on line or in the library; small, achievable goals. Psychotherapy and/or medication (if needed). Good luck!

Depression remedies: Include exercising, engaging in social interaction & engrossing activities, practicing gratitude, doing kind things for others, learning & practicing stress management, developing & committing to meaningful goals, avoiding negative thinking & negative comparisons with others, & talking to empathic & trusted people. If those aren't enough, talk to a mental health professional.
