See a derm: See a dermatologist to discuss treatment options. General advice, protect them from the sun with spf 30 or higher use daily. There are rx products like hydroquinone, retin a, (tretinoin) etc that may also help. Finally surgical revision and / or laser treatments can help in certain instances.
