May be may be not: I am not clear with what you meant delusional . Lack of self esteem emanating from poor self image could be sign of depression . If you have fixed belief that part of your body is not right despite reassurance from family , friend and your doctor , it might be body dysmorphic syndrome . I suggest to talk to your pcp/psychiatrist.
