It depends: Depends on where the pinched nerves are, whether at the level of the shoulder, the elbow, or the wrist - and also on the cause of the symptoms. Often overuse injuries will inflame musculature that can result in nerve symptoms, which improve with braces, physical therapy, icing and nsaid's. But first you need a clear diagnosis.
