Likely muscle pain: Pain is often in the muscles and soft tissues. Facet pain is localized so it's not that. Muscle deconditioning from sedentary lifestyle is a common reason, getting more active physically and socially usually improves the pain perception. For ongoing trouble see your md for a re-evaluation.
