No: This one's a myth. You describe some balding despite being only 22. Unless this is the temporal recession all men get at your age, you probably have a genetic tendency to hirsutirm / baldness. Many women like it and most guys envy a hairy upper body. The key to looking good isn't where you do / don't have hair, but being physically fit. Photo guy isn't complaining.
