Hard work: Most guys care as much or more about definition as they do about bulk. The key to this is calories out (aerobic exercise) need to exceed calories in (what you eat). Get enough protein and otherwise eat only to keep hunger at bay, resolving to be hungry much or most of the day. You can do it. Resistance training for bulk -- some guys get more than others, it's all good, remember cable pulls.
