I always shaved underarms with water and/or soap & H2O. But now @ 46 I'm seeing some cellulite on my inner upper arms. Did my shaving habits cause it?
Everytime I take a bath or shower after I come out my skin itchis even if I just shower with water only without using any soap or shower gel. I still get itchy skin, mostly upper back, arms, burms and legs. What can I use to stop it?
