Sugars: There are more empty carbohydrate calories, i assume, in your beer. This may put you into a hyperglycemia and thus put strain on your heart muscle. Strained heart muscle makes the heart less effective in bringing all of the blood back from the lower extremities. I would get tested for diabetes and probably avoid alcohol if your heart is this sensitive.
