Problems: Your teeth will not get any better on their own. The sooner you get to see a dentist the sooner you can have them restored or extracted. You risk infections, severe pain, stress of your immune system, and potential hospitalization if the infection spreads to other parts of your body.

Yes: Dental decay left unchecked will cause pain, as you already know, as well as infection that might spread to other parts of your head with devastating results. See a dentist asap!

YES!: You have described that you have severely decayed teeth that are probably infected with the risk of that infection spreading into your blood stream and causing you to get blood poisoning, organ failure including permanent heart damage. Get attention asap and at the very least get all the diseased teeth removed! worry about replacement after the diseased teeth are treated!

Absolutely: Your mouth is very vascular meaning it has many blood vessels. It is easy for infection to gain access to your bloodstream in an unhealthy mouth and raise havoc with all aspects of your physiology. This is why many people with prosthetic joints or heart valves must premedicate before dental procedures. Please restore your mouth to health to save a lot of trouble down the road.
