I would be suspicious of tooth erosion. Get your teeth checked .by a dentist.

Sounds like you have carious lesions. Seek dental care to restore your teeth. Failure to restore will only result in severe pain and potential loss of those teeth.

I'd suspect cavities, infection of your teeth. If you are having pain, the infections may already be destroying the tissues in the nerve chambers off your teeth. Time is not non your favor. You need to see a Dentist ASAP. The longer you delay, the more the infections will spread to other organ systems. The longer you wait, the more extensive/expensive treatment becomes.
