Natural Exercise: Perhaps not the answer you wanted to hear but for many types of arthritis specialized exercises can help. Some people have felt glucosamine and chondroitin can help osteoarthritis, but not everyone with osteoarthritis responds. It can depend on the dosing and quality since these are "over the counter medications" and the fda does not evaluate these products like they do prescription meds.
