Glucosamine, Etc. : Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural supplements that have been shown to benefit some patients with knee osteoarthritis. It must be taken on a daily basis. Omega 3 fatty acids, green tea, ginger and turmeric are also some natural anti-inflammatories. The brand name supplement zyflamend is a nice combination of several natural anti-inflammatories in a capsule form.
