Can't/won't however:: It's not possible to lost 10 kg in a month unless you eat virtually nothing and exercise several hours a day. Such rapid weight loss is unhealthy and people almost always regain weight that is lost quickly. Slow & steady wins this race. My favorite diet for both weight loss & good health is dr.
