Before 2009 i had 3 doctors. pediatrician and two internists. but it seems like pcp's have changed. how do i find the right doctor?

Ask friends: Friends and family will give you their experiences with their doctors and can recommend someone in the area.

Interview: You should have an internist as your primary care physician. Many no longer admit to the hospital, since hospitalist doctors have become experts in hospital medicine. I would recommend seeing internal medicine doctors in your area to see who you trust with your well-being and see that person as your pcp.
