You can use it: This is a combination cream that includes a steroid and anti fungal. It is safe for short term use in the groin. It will not impact hormone synthesis.

No Potent Steroids!: You should not use a potent steroid on the face, axillae or groin! the skin in these areas are too thin & use there could lead to steroid acne, thinning of the skin & other concerns. You can use plain Miconazole wh/can be purchased over the counter in the groin area & if there is present inflammation associated w/the fungal infection, your doctor can prescribe higher potency of hydcortisone crm.
