Have you missed your: Period? Classic pregnancy sxs don't begin until you have missed your period (often 6 to 8 weeks). If you have missed your period you can take a home pregnancy test now. An early pregnancy test can sometimes detect pregnancy as early as 6 days prior to the anticipated period. Take care.
