Vaginitis: While you may have started with a yeast infection, the problem may be something else at this point. Bacterial vaginosis is not an STI and may cause a malodorous vaginal discharge and there are other causes as well. Please ask your OB to check your discharge. Try to be patient and wait to treat with the right medication when you know which one you need.

Not yeast?: Vaginal yeast infections typically do not have an odor. It's time to visit your OB for evaluation of this, as it may be a different type of infection. Best wishes with your pregnancy!
