Lamictal: I believe Lamictal would be the least likely among the anticonvulsants i prescribe. Perhaps one of my psychiatric or neurologic colleagues has a different opinion.

Some thoughts: In my experience, fewest complaints of drowsiness, dizziness, or cognitive problems with lamictal. Highest incidence of cognitive problems with phenobarbital, closely followed by topamax, (topiramate) and variable with the rest.
