How can doctors say your skin does not breakout everywhere during the first 2-3 months on accutane when i broke out everywhere ? i don't get it. :(

Dosage too high?: I have been prescribing Accutane for 30+ years and my patients never get worse before they get better. When it happens, it's usually because the prescribing doctor has started with too high a dosage. But what's done is done. Stay the course, and your acne will subside. Patience is a virtue.
