Maybe (not) . . .: -1 years old? Anyway, painful urination is suggestive of urinary tract infection (uti). Coupled w/back pain, we worry about kidney infection (pyelonephritis). Go see your doctor for diagnosis & treatment. Don't wait for fevers, sweats & chills to develop.
