He needs to see a ur: Urologist for an exam, as the urologist will be able to tell what he has.

Red Penis: Irritation, friction, or we won't know if they cleared on their own. If they are remaining he should be seen in person by his physician to determine what they are.

Need eval: I have great respect for pharmacist but he/she can not tell your boyfriend he has "nothing" without actually evaluating him. Also they are not medical doctors so this is not the appropriate person to ask. He should see a clinician (md/do/np/pa) who has trained to answer this question and who knows they can't give you a real answer without more info or at minimum inspection. Good luck.
