Seizure free: Studies have shown that if you go from 2 to 4 years free of seizures you have a 70% chance of coming off medication and being free of seizures. You should speak to your prescriber about this.

Possibly: If you have been seizure free for years, then it may be possible for you to come off your medications. However do not take yourself off of the meds. You should go to your prescribing doctor for evaluation.
