Allergies: Seasonal patterns sounds more like a seasonal allergy rather than a "yearly" and "seasonal" infection. I do not like the fever part of the equation unless you are simply feeling hot and assuming you have a fever which could be a side effect of a revved up immune system reacting to the pollens to which you are allergic.
