Mom had multiple broken leg bones from wreck. surgical hardware was removed due to non healing wound , 3 different infections in it. will she be ok?

Challenge: This will be some very difficult work i assume the infections had to do with the hardware. First they will control the infection then attempt repairs on the bones probably with bone grafting and hard ware possibly with a bone stimulator after that there will have to be some rehabilitation at 77 probably with osteoporosis it will be a lengthy tough process. Impossible ? No but hard.
