Annually?: Normally colonoscopy is not done annually for screening cancer.

Colonoscopy: Generally there are guidelines for this and it is based on your age and risk and is not usually required on a yearly basis. See the acs website meeting with a local GI or surgeon can also help decide on how frequently this should be performed, .
