TSH on thyroid: Thyroid can be low secondary to primary thyroid disease seen in 98 percent rarely due to pituitary issues if the thyroid is the primary culprit replacement dosing should be directed to keep TSH in 1 to 2 range over treatment will result in bone thinning and higher chance of cardiac irregularity you need your dose adjusted.
