No & Yes: No, because irregular menses are very common in young women, most often due to anovulatory cycles (search this site for more on this topic). Yes, if you've engaged in unprotected sex. Assuming you're not pregnant & want regular periods, talk to your family doc about birth control options to regular your menses. Otherwise, don't worry about irregularity (but don't practice unsafe sex either).
