I want to know why you can't take glyburide after a ct scan?

Metformin: If you are taking only Glyburide there should be no problem taking it after the ct. The issue revolves around metformin/glyburide combination drugs since the metformin component increases the risk of developing lactic acidosis, a serious metabolic condition, when take with the IV contrast material..
