Self harm: Hopefully, your doctor will understand self harm is the best coping skill you have right now, and s/he will follow up by assessing for topical infections then will talk about getting you the psychotherapeutic help that will help you feel, heal emotionally and learn effective, non-harming ways to cope with challenges in life. You deserve this! life is not just survival, it is about living it!
