Corns can occur : Between toes in which case the toes are likely rubbing against each other. They could also be on the tips of toes which would occur from a hammertoe striking the ground. Corns on the tops of the toes occurs from frictional rub on the too of the toe. If you have corns on the tops of the toes and are claiming you don't wear shoes....Then maybe it's not a corn......Or maybe you wear shoes sometimes?
